Lavazza may be one of the best-known coffee manufacturers in the world, but it also finds time once a year to release a epic calendar, each time shot by a different photographer, and each time meditating on a different theme.
Last year's was pretty striking, and this year's might be even better. Named The Earth Defenders, the brand's 2015 calendar is shot by photojournalist Steve McCurry in partnership with Slow Food. Whereas last year's took universally recognised chefs out of their kitchens and into the world of the surreal, this year's sheds light on the people of Africa who spend their days and nights defending their territory.
