When he's not sat at the table of London's hottest new restaurant, he's figuring out where to eat next and scouring bar menus for the obligatory cocktail. It would all sound a bit excessive if he didn't write for a living. Though he briefly worked as commis chef in a Michelin-starred gaff, he knows he's better on the page than the pass.
