Ever wondered how to clear the joggers from Clapham Common? Simple: throw a massive winter party with an outdoor cinema, ice rink, roller disco and food from some of Street Feast's best and brightest traders.

Seriously though, Winterville's food and drink offering dwarfs all pretenders to the throne, and there are plenty of opportunities to get your festive food coma started early.

To help you on your way, here's our guide to everything to eat, drink and do at Winterville this year. Reckon you can take it out in one fell swoop? Check out our round-up and decide for yourself.

Eat

Lagom

Head straight to the Street Feast arena and get your meat fix from Scandi barbecue legend Lagom. It's run by Elliot Cunningham, ex-head chef at SMOKESTAK – so you know you're in for some deliciously smoky goodness. The rack of BBQ Pork Riblets with house-made slaw and apple sauce, and the tomahawk pork chop are the ones to go for. But we don't need to tell you that, do we? Foodism readers have impeccable taste, after all.

Ink

We're on a seafood diet. We see food and we eat it. You can ask anyone, it's true. And you know what's also true? How good the fish and chips from Ink is. After you've tried their fresh battered sea bream with fluffy, hand-cut chips and tartare sauce, you'll never look at your local chippy the same way again. There, the secret's out. Go and try them for yourself and tell us we're not wrong.

Born & Raised

What's the hardest thing to eat with mitten-clad hands? A slice of super-cheesy pizza, we'd wager. But, seriously though, what are you doing wearing mittens? Cast them aside and dive in, because wood-fired pizzas from Born & Raised are not to be missed. Did we mention they're veggie-friendly, too? Oh yes, crispy sourdough base topped with Portobello mushrooms, plum tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and lashings of truffle oil – the perfect kind of comfort food for a cold winters night.

Slider bar

What happens when Argentinian-inspired street food experts Up In My Grill team up with burger boffins Honest Burger? Great things, that's what. Swing by Up In My Grill's slider bar and wrap those chattering nashers around the special collaboration burger: a drool-worthy combination of grilled beef patty, red chimichurri, smokey chorizo, provolone cheese, shallot mayo and Malbec-pickled onions.

Drink

Chin Chin Labs

We say drink here, because you can't go within 100 meters of a Chin Chin Labs and not indulge in one of their towering cups of marshmallow-topped hot chocs. Why? You just can't, OK. Trust us. While you're there you might as well go all out, too. The grilled tonka chocolate cookie with clotted cream is just begging for you to pose with it under the twinkling lights, surrounded by all your friends as you all playfully pretend to eat it for all 400 of your Instagram followers. You know it is, so why pretend otherwise?

The Winterville lodge

Get the rounds in at Winterville's cosy lodge. Grab yourself a pint of craft beer or a mug of mulled wine and find yourself a spot to perch. Live music and DJs are on the cards and you don't want to spill a drop while you get your dad dance on lock.

SE Cakery

The place to head if you're hankering for some coffee and cake – i.e. two things you will definitely need to keep up with [delete as appropriate] the cool kids; the actual kids; life.

Do

Everything

No, we're not kidding. The best thing to do at Winterville is to experience it all to the max. Don't pass up on anything; from the outdoor cinema to the roller disco to the ice rink and big wheel, get stuck in and have all the festive fun on Clapham Common his winter.
