From 17 March to 2 April Eat & Drink Festival will take over Olympia London, bringing with it an abundance of food, drink and celebrity chef demonstrations to this pocket of west London once again.

If you're not already familiar with the festival, it is the place to be if you want to watch some of the UK's best and biggest chefs at work. This year, the likes of Aldo Zilli, Theo Randall, Monica Galetti, Rosemary Shrager and Simon Rimmer will take to the stage to show you how to create your very own culinary masterpieces at home.
