Blixen's raw ginger martini with Our/London vodka
Give your martini a healthy(ish) twist with punchy raw ginger

- 50 ml Our/London vodka
- 15 ml Lillet Blanc dry vermouth
- 10 ml Rosato vermouth
- 2 slices of root ginger
- Lemon zest for garnish
- In a mixing glass muddle two slices of raw root ginger, add Our/London, Lillet Blanc, and Rosato.
- Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
- Squeeze lemon twist over cocktail and rub edges of glass with twist.
- Add twist to glass for the garnish.
