Ingredients

  • 50 ml Our/London vodka
  • 15 ml Lillet Blanc dry vermouth
  • 10 ml Rosato vermouth
  • 2 slices of root ginger
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Method

Blixen's raw ginger martini with Our/London vodka
  1. In a mixing glass muddle two slices of raw root ginger, add Our/London, Lillet Blanc, and Rosato.
  2. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
  3. Squeeze lemon twist over cocktail and rub edges of glass with twist.
  4. Add twist to glass for the garnish.
