Spring is well under way, and with it distant thoughts of picnics, Wimbledon and, of course, cocktails to sup too many of in the sun. One such tipple is Belaire's Brut Apple Fizz – see the recipe below.
- 90 ml Belaire Brut Gold
- 30 ml apple-flavoured Vodka
- 10 ml elderflower cordial
- 2-5ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Lemon zest
- Apple wedge
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top with the Belaire Brut. Peel a thin strip of lemon, and cut the apple into thin slices to garnish.
