Give your G&T an autumnal twist with this recipe from Caorunn Gin

Summer's winding down – and to ease in the transition from sun (ish) to rain, here's a great autumnal cocktail from Scottish gin brand Caorunn

The drink combines the traditional gin and tonic with a couple of punchy autumn flavours. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Caorunn Gin
  • 2 parts premium tonic water
  • 1 Red Delicious apple, or other sweet red apple
  • Rhubarb
  • Ginger

Method

Build the ingredients over cubed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with finely cut rhubarb, apple julienne sticks and a slice of ginger.
