That's right – the Mugatu, created by the HIX group's bar manager Dustin MacMillan, pays tribute to the great man, with a cocktail made from Woodford Reserve, Pedro Ximénez and sweet and sour fruits. Check the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Woodford Reserve
  • 10ml Pedro Ximénez sweet sherry
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15ml apple juice
  • 10ml elderflower cordial
  • 1 egg white 

Method

Shake well, and serve in a rocks glass with gold leaf on the outside (or just a rocks glass – we won't judge).
