Ingredients

  • 50ml mezcal
  • 20ml Velvet Falernum (a lime and clove liqueur)
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 25ml pineapple juice
  • 20ml acacia honey
  • soda water

 

Method

Mix the ingredients in a glass and shake with a cocktail shaker. Strain into a large glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a pineapple leaf.
