If you're a spritz lover but want to give it a twist, you can't go wrong with this sweet and bitter, thirst-quenching cocktail from San Pellegrino. Built around tequila, with sweetness from agave syrup and the Aranciata top, but with a big hit of sharpness with the grapefruit, it's a perfect summer refresher.

Ingredients

San Pellegrino's Santa Rosalia
  • 40ml tequila
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 35ml fresh pomegranate juice
  • San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa, to top

Method

Insert all the ingredients into the shaker and double strain into a wine glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and pomegranate seeds.
