- 50ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 25ml Tio Pepe dry sherry
- 5ml Bitter Bianco Luxardo
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Pickled red radish, to garnish.
Stir the ingredients over ice until very cold and strain into a pony glass or martini glass straight up. Garnish with the radish.
