Ingredients

  • 50ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 25ml Tio Pepe dry sherry
  • 5ml Bitter Bianco Luxardo
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Pickled red radish, to garnish.

Method

Stir the ingredients over ice until very cold and strain into a pony glass or martini glass straight up. Garnish with the radish.
