WHAT'S THE DRAW: The newest addition to the Brindisa family brings Castilian-style barbecued small plates and suckling pig to Soho's Rupert Street.

WHAT TO DRINK: We enjoyed the refreshingly sharp sangria to start, and followed it up with a 2009 Vetus from Toro – whose bold dark fruit notes more than held their own against the flavoursome pork.

WHAT TO EAT: If you're dining at the bar you'll be surrounded by charcuterie, so it's rude not to try some (although you're best off asking the staff to serve). The signature dish – traditional suckling pig cooked in the asador – was salty, crisp and outrageously tender.
