Taste of London's chefs get covered in their favourite food
Ahead of Taste of London, some of its finest chefs stepped up to the plate to be doused and daubed with their favourite foods. These are the results
We've all got one particular food we love so much we're certain we could eat it every day. But how many of us love a food so much we want to be covered in it?
That's exactly what's happened to some of the top chefs exhibiting at this year's Taste of London, which takes over Regent's Park from 15-19 June. Among the talent to be drenched, covered and, er, tattooed in celebration of the event were Salt Yard's Ben Tish and Duck & Waffle's Dan Doherty. "I love good-quality Italian olive oil," said Sartoria's Francesco Mazzei. "The smell and the flavour is fantastic and can really enhance a dish. Today, I was that dish." Catch them in June.
