Set in the heart of Oxfordshire, Wilderness is a festival that's become a must-do in any serious food lover's calendar – and this year it's only cementing its status at the top of the pile with a food lineup that'll get your mouth watering. There'll be long table banquets from Lima's Virgilio Martinez, Skye Gyngell and Raymond Blanc; Sunday feasts from Pitt Cue; an all-day barbecue from Patty & Bun; field restaurants from Moro, Hix and Petersham Nurseries; and even an art-deco, Roaring Twenties-style pop-up at the Laurent Perrier Orangery. For those who like to get granular about these things, there'll be a new Kitchen Tales series: a food forum for talking and debating about the pleasures and practices of cooking, eating and drinking, hosted by the vaunted Angela Hartnett. Italian drinks brand Sanpellegrino is also inviting festivalgoers to celebrate Italy’s creativity, passion and sense of soul as it serves up some delicious, fruity cocktails in its 'Piazzetta Di Sanpellegrino' bar. Every day during its 'Aperitivo Hour (4:30-5:30pm), you can also enjoy complimentary food platters with your cocktails. Oh, and there's music, too – obviously – from the likes of The Flaming Lips, Crystal Fighters and Lianne La Havas, to name but a few.
