Served alongside Lavazza's Coffeetail N.10, Robert's savoury dish was inspired by Peruvian anticuchos (marinated meat) and huancaina (a punchy sauce originating from Lima, Peru).

Lello's dish took the battle between sweet vs salty to new heights by pitting shallots against Lavazza Croccantino and mascarpone cream, while Shaun's sweet treat saw tonka bean meet tarty Morello cherry.
