The winner will be chosen from all correct entries and will be notified by email.

The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

1. Open to people aged 18 or over living in the United Kingdom except employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.

2. The competition closes at midnight on 18 January 2015 - the winner will be announced within 10 days.

3. Entries must be submitted via the form above in order to be eligible.

4. There is no cost to enter and an entrant can submit one entry, additional entries will not be counted.

5. The winner of the competition will be selected at random from all valid entries.

6. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.

The prize also includes Balblair goodie bag for all guests worth more than £180 and 70cl bottles of Balblair Vintage 2003, Vintage 1999 (2nd Release), Vintage 1990 and Vintage 1983 to sample as part of the tasting experience.

8. The prize does not include travel to and from the venue, is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. If a prize is not claimed within two weeks of the winning event, all prizes/winnings will be forfeited.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in its absolute discretion provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

10. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.

11. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

12. By accepting the prize the winner consents to Balblair & Square Up Media using their full name and the city in which they live for promotional purposes.  The winner will also be required to provide commentary about winning and a photograph of themselves for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. This promotion and these terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
