The winner will be chosen from all correct entries and will be notified by email.

The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or over, and resident in Great Britain, excluding Northern Ireland. The competition is not open to employees of Ascot Racecourse, or those involved in the competition, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One prize winner will be selected. The prize includes two admission tickets to the Village Enclosure and two places in the Restaurant in the Village on Saturday 24th June. The winner will be notified via email. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected. All prizes are subject to availability and are as described – there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, Ascot Racecourse are unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal value. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel/ transportation, car parking, souvenirs, gratuities, additional excursions, and attractions or any other costs or expenses (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. We accept no liability for any harm or injury caused when attending the racecourse or attending any trips awarded as a competition prize, unless directly caused by our negligence. By entering, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or by its agencies. For example, social media pictures, short interview or quote, image to be used in context with the competition and receiving any prize.
