If Absolutely Fabulous has taught us anything, it's that there's always time for a splash of bubbly.

Brunch? Bubbles. Lunch? Bubbles. Afternoon tea? Bubbles – all day, everyday.

Us Brits can't get enough of the stuff, especially since our own little island has started producing some bubbles of its own.

Recent years have seen a boom in English sparkling wine producers and among the best of them is Ambriel, a family-run winery growing and producing its own wine out in West Sussex.

Win a magnum of Ambriel's 2010 classic cuvée

Owners and growers Charles and Wendy hand-pick their grapes, pressing them on site, which means that from vine to wine, Ambriel has complete control over the end product, ensuring a consistently superior taste with every sip.

We think that's pretty cool, which is why we've teamed up with them to offer one lucky Foodism reader the chance to try a spot of 'Ebulliently English' bubbly for themselves.

On offer is a magnum (yes, really) of Ambriel's Classic Cuvée. Made from the finest blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes, it's spent eight years slowly maturing into the excellent tipple one very lucky Foodism reader will soon come to know.

Sounds delicious, right? We think so, too. For your chance to win this fantastic prize, simply answer the question below.

The question is: Where is Ambriel based?
