Did you know that sake's not actually a rice wine, but rather a beer-like ferment? If you came down to our event at Hedonism Wines on 29 September you will.

We partnered up with Hedonism for their fifth annual International Sake Day tasting, curated by Honami Matsumoto, founder of House of Sake. Guests were able to enjoy more than 40 different premium sakes from across Japan, and many sakes poured by representatives of the respective breweries, making for one of the most unique tasting events in the city.
