Foodism x Sexy Fish Japanese-infused seafood and sake collaboration lunch

We wined and dined with sake expert Raul Diazat this Japanese-influenced supper club at Sexy Fish restaurant on 27 September.

As part of the exclusive Japan Week inspired 3-course sharing menu, guests enjoyed three rounds of delicious sushi, as each course was paired with a different sake, allowing everyone who came to taste three of the many different types on the market. Maki and ice cold sake? It's a food combination made in heaven.
