Given that Camden-based distiller Half Hitch proclaims itself to be "made differently", it figures that one of its signature serves is a little of something you know, but with a key distinction. This cocktail takes the classic negroni's balance of bitterness, botanical flavours and a hint of sweetness but keeps it light, using Swiss liqueur Suze and white vermouth. - 60ml parts Half Hitch gin
- 30ml Cocchi Americano
- 7.5ml Suze
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir and serve in a tumbler over ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
